Sea Pines
11 restaurants, 35 shops, 4 attractions, 7 hotels, 3 children's programs and 4 events.
The one that started all of them. Charles Fraser laid out Sea Pines in 1957 as the first master-planned resort community in America, and every gated community on this coast is descended from it. Five thousand acres at the south end of Hilton Head holding Harbour Town, its striped lighthouse, a forest preserve, and the links the RBC Heritage is played on.
