The 1876 lighthouse standing in open water off Folly's north end, cut off as the island eroded.
Morris Island Lighthouse
The lighthouse was built on dry land in 1876 and now stands in open water, the island around it having washed away. You reach the view by parking at the end of East Ashley Avenue and walking the last stretch of beach north. It is a photograph more than a visit, and the walk out is the point.
