(Interval 11 is also available making it possible to get 2 weeks together, 4x per year) Floor one starts on the second level with views of the ocean from your porch complete with several rocking chairs spanning the width of the house. This level includes the open living room with fireplace,dining room that seats 12, kitchen with double dishwasher, separate ice maker, double oven, pantry, laundry, separate sitting room with TV and ensuite, half bath for guests, and primary bedroom with large full bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a back deck with grill and seating overlooking the large heated pool and private backyard.
The second floor has an additional master bedroom and bathroom as well as another king bedroom, queen bedroom, and double twin bedroom, all with ensuite bathrooms. The top floor contains a 4-twin bed bunk-room with a jack and jill bathroom and large shower that joins the 2nd family room, equipped with an additional twin bed, gaming table, wet bar, tv, couch and balcony with amazing views of the ocean. Equipped with a 4 level elevator, your family and friends will have effortless access to all the areas of this amazing vacation home.
Tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts are just a bike ride or golf cart ride away, as are two play grounds, a dog park and a county park right on the ocean. Folly Beach has many great restaurants and bars, ice cream shops, arcade, fishing on the pier, a public boat launch, boat tours, bike, scooter, and golf cart rentals, nature walks, and is just 20 minutes from downtown Charleston.
