The Washout
The Washout is the surf spot on the north end of Folly, named for the section of East Ashley Avenue a hurricane removed. It picks up more swell than the rest of the island and holds a crowd whenever anything is running. Parking is roadside and limited, so it goes quickly on a good morning.
