Station 28.5 is the beach access most people mean when they say they are going to Sullivan’s. The walk out crosses a wide belt of dune and maritime scrub before the sand opens up, and the inside bar stays shallow a long way out. It is also the island’s kiteboarding launch, best on a side-onshore breeze.
